FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything clients usually ask before working with us. Can't find your answer? Email contact@codecraftnm.com

How much does a typical project cost?

Most first releases fall between $18,000 and $90,000 depending on scope, integrations and platforms. Our fixed-price Discovery Sprint ($4,800) produces an accurate quote before you commit to a build. See the pricing page for our engagement models.

How long does it take to get started?

We can usually begin a Discovery Sprint within one to two weeks of signing. Build phases are scheduled once discovery is complete.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You do — 100%, from the first commit. Code lives in repositories under your organization, and all designs, documentation and credentials are handed over.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you share any confidential details.

Where is your team located?

CODECRAFT LLC is based in New Mexico. Our team works across US time zones with core hours overlapping Mountain Time, and every project has a US-based project lead.

How do you communicate during a project?

You get a dedicated project lead, a shared Slack or Teams channel, a weekly written update and a live demo at the end of every two-week sprint. You can see the backlog and progress at any time.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes. We start with a short code and infrastructure audit, then give you an honest assessment and a stabilization plan before taking ownership.

What happens after launch?

Most clients choose a monthly Care plan for monitoring, security updates and ongoing improvements. There's no lock-in — you can bring the work in-house at any time with full documentation.

How do I pay an invoice?

Use our secure online payment page to pay any CODECRAFT invoice by card or ACH bank transfer. Enter your invoice number and the amount shown on your invoice.

Do you work with startups?

Yes, as well as established businesses and public-sector teams. For early-stage founders we focus on a lean first release that proves the idea before larger investment.
